Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a restoration project in Twickenham.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing restoration projects
• Familiar with documenting works and completing Member Record Sheets
• SMSTS certification essential
• ICATS/TTP qualification preferred
• Computer literate with good administration skills
• Strong organisational and communication skills

The Role

• Manage day-to-day site operations
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
• Maintain accurate site documentation and records
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and the project team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for a contract role, with the possibility of an extension beyond November.
