Site Manager - School Refurbishment Project (Wombourne)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a live school refurbishment project in Wombourne.



Project Scope:

  • Flat roof replacement works
  • Structural repairs
  • Security fencing installation
  • Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works
  • Fire alarm installation/upgrades
  • Car park line marking
  • General external & internal refurbishment works within a live school environment


Requirements (Essential):

  • Enhanced DBS (mandatory)
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card
  • Proven experience working on live school / education projects
  • Strong understanding of health & safety in occupied environments
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and workstreams


Role Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site management on a live school site
  • Coordinating trades and sequencing works safely around occupants
  • Ensuring strict compliance with H&S and safeguarding requirements
  • Maintaining programme and quality standards
  • Liaising with the client, school staff, and subcontractors
