Site Manager - School Refurbishment Project (Halesowen)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a live school project in Halesowen.



Project Scope:

  • New fire alarm installation
  • DT LEV system installation
  • Pedestrian access / external works
  • Associated M&E works
  • General refurbishment works within a live school environment


Requirements (Essential):

  • Enhanced DBS (mandatory)
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card
  • Proven experience working on live school / education projects
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, H&S, and working around occupied buildings
  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinated works


Role Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site management on a live school site
  • Coordinating trades and ensuring safe sequencing of works
  • Managing health & safety compliance at all times
  • Overseeing programme delivery and quality control
  • Liaising with client, school staff, and subcontractors
