We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a live school project in Halesowen.
Project Scope:
- New fire alarm installation
- DT LEV system installation
- Pedestrian access / external works
- Associated M&E works
- General refurbishment works within a live school environment
Requirements (Essential):
- Enhanced DBS (mandatory)
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- CSCS Card
- Proven experience working on live school / education projects
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, H&S, and working around occupied buildings
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and coordinated works
Role Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day site management on a live school site
- Coordinating trades and ensuring safe sequencing of works
- Managing health & safety compliance at all times
- Overseeing programme delivery and quality control
- Liaising with client, school staff, and subcontractors
