Site Manager - Refurbishment Project (Kingswinford)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming refurbishment project in Kingswinford.



Project Scope:

  • Fire door replacements
  • Structural plaster repairs
  • Swimming pool & associated building repairs
  • General refurbishment and remedial works


Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card
  • Proven experience delivering refurbishment / maintenance projects
  • Strong understanding of health & safety and subcontractor management
  • Ability to coordinate multiple trades in live environments


Role Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site management and coordination
  • Overseeing subcontractors and sequencing works
  • Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
  • Managing programme, quality, and site progress
  • Liaising with client and project stakeholders
