Site Manager - Access & External Works Project (Halesowen)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an upcoming external works project in Halesowen.



Project Scope:

  • Installation of an accessible ramp
  • Driveway resurfacing works
  • External groundworks and associated civils
  • Minor enabling and finishing works


Requirements:

  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • CSCS Card
  • Proven experience delivering external works / groundworks / refurbishment projects
  • Strong health & safety management and subcontractor coordination
  • Ability to manage sequencing of civils and finishing trades


Role Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day site management and coordination
  • Overseeing groundworks and surfacing subcontractors
  • Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Managing programme and site progress
  • Liaising with client and stakeholders
