Think Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week school refurbishment project in Halesowen.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the works on site, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring all health & safety requirements are met, and delivering the project to a high standard within a live school environment.
Scope of Works:
New fire alarm installation
DT LEV system works
New pedestrian gates
New external doors
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS (essential and required prior to starting)
SMSTS
CSCS Card
First Aid at Work
Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within schools or education environments
Strong health & safety knowledge and excellent site management skills
