Think Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week school refurbishment project in Halesowen.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the works on site, coordinating subcontractors, ensuring all health & safety requirements are met, and delivering the project to a high standard within a live school environment.

Scope of Works:

  • New fire alarm installation

  • DT LEV system works

  • New pedestrian gates

  • New external doors

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS (essential and required prior to starting)

  • SMSTS

  • CSCS Card

  • First Aid at Work

  • Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within schools or education environments

  • Strong health & safety knowledge and excellent site management skills
