I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a university refurbishment project in Derby, starting Monday 27th July 2026.
The project will involve managing refurbishment works within a live education environment, ensuring the works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- First Aid
- Experience managing refurbishment projects
- Previous education / university experience desirable
- Strong communication and organisational skills
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking for a short-term project with an immediate start.
