Finishing Manager - Student Accommodation

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Finishing Manager to join a student accommodation project in Dundee.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all internal finishing trades through to project completion.

• Drive programme, quality and productivity across the finishing phase.

• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered to programme.

• Oversee quality control and prepare areas for handover.

• Liaise with the Project Manager and client throughout the final stages.

• Accommodation (digs) provided for the duration of the project.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Finishing Manager on residential or student accommodation projects.

• Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.

• Strong organisational and communication skills.

• Proven ability to deliver high-quality finishes to programme.
