Site Manager – New Build Residential - Higham Ferrers

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a well-established residential developer on a new build housing development in Higham Ferrers.

This role is being offered on an initial temporary basis, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right individual.

Working as part of the site team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the development, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements:

• Previous experience managing new build residential developments
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent health & safety knowledge
