Working Foreman / Site Manager – York – Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Working Foreman / Site Manager to oversee a civils project based in York, with a Monday start available.

Job Details:
  • Location: York
  • Start: Monday
  • ⏱ Full-time hours
  • £270 - £300 per day 
Duties Will Include:
  • Managing day-to-day site operations on a live civils project
  • Supervising operatives and subcontractors
  • Overseeing the excavation and reinstatement of a playground
  • Coordinating drainage, backfilling and paving works
  • Ensuring work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard
  • Conducting site briefings and maintaining health & safety compliance
  • Liaising with the client, site teams and project management
  • Completing daily site records and progress updates
  • Assisting with site activities where required
Requirements:
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
