Site Manager - Short-Term Medical Leave Cover

Contract: Temporary (Medical Leave Cover - potential extension)

Dates: Monday 6th July - Friday 10th July

Hours: 8:00am - 6:00pm

Rate: £290 per day

 

About the Role

 

We're looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations at a live hotel refurbishment in Hayes. This is a short-term cover role with the possibility of extension, ideal for someone who can step in confidently and maintain high standards from day one.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Uphold and enforce Health & Safety standards across the site

     

  • Identify and report potential risks or issues promptly

     

  • Ensure the site remains clean, organised, and compliant

     

  • Review and manage RAMS documentation

     

  • Oversee and coordinate the labour team

     

  • Complete accurate daily reporting and maintain clear communication with stakeholders

     

Requirements

 

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager

     

  • Strong understanding of H&S regulations and RAMS

     

  • Ability to lead teams and maintain site discipline

     

  • Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
