Location: Central London

Duration: 4-Month Contract

Project Value: £750,000

Working Hours: 7:00am-3:00pm or 8:00am-4:00pm

Rate: £280 per day 

 

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the conversion of railway arches into high-quality retail and commercial spaces across several live projects in Central London.

 

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established project delivering the transformation of unique commercial spaces for a leading client.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and site activities across multiple live projects.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate site records and project documentation.
  • Liaise with the client, project team, and stakeholders throughout the programme.

Essential Requirements

 

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Fire Marshal
  • Own laptop
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including SharePoint

Desirable

  • Previous experience working on utilities or rail projects.
