We're hiring two driven Site Managers to lead a major 47‑week CAT B office transformation within a Government Property Agency building. This is hands-on, multi‑phased delivery in a high‑security environment-ideal for Site Managers who want responsibility, pace, and profile.

What You'll Lead

• Day‑to‑day site management across a nine‑storey CAT B fit‑out.

   

• Strict compliance within a Government Property Agency security culture.

   

• Fast‑track sequencing, multi‑phase coordination, and stakeholder management.

   

• Digital reporting, IT‑driven project controls, and Tier 1 contractor standards.

   

You Must Bring

• 2+ years CAT B fit‑out experience, including one large multi‑phase project (6+ months).

   

• Tier 1 or major fit‑out contractor background.

   

• Strong IT/reporting capability.

   

• Experience delivering multi‑floor office schemes.

   

• British Nationality + eligibility for BPSS and SC clearance.

   

Nice to Have

• Government Property Agency or similar secure‑environment experience.

   

• Fast‑track delivery exposure.

   

• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar.
