The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a Cat B office fit-out project in Salford Quays, Manchester.
This is a 3-week contract opportunity, ideal for a Site Manager with strong commercial fit-out experience and the relevant site qualifications.
Requirements
- Previous experience managing Cat B office fit-out projects
- SMSTS - essential
- First Aid - essential
- Asbestos Awareness - essential
- Strong site management and organisational skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain programme, quality and health & safety standards
