Location: Leigh, Greater Manchester (with travel to sites across the North West and surrounding areas)

About the Role
Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of secured work extending well into Q2 2027, we are seeking experienced and motivated professionals to join our team in the following roles:
- Site Managers
- Site Foremen
- Working Site Foremen
The successful candidates will play a key role in the delivery of our construction projects, with a particular focus on heritage and restoration works. We are looking for individuals who can lead from the front, maintain high standards, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities
Site Managers
- Manage day-to-day site operations.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
- Monitor programme progress and maintain accurate site records.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management.
- Oversee heritage and restoration works in line with project specifications and conservation requirements.
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager, Site Foreman, or Working Site Foreman.
- Previous heritage, restoration, conservation, or listed building experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and site management.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety requirements.
- Ability to manage site teams and subcontractors effectively.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to travel to project locations across the North West and surrounding regions.
Travel Requirements
Our office is based in Leigh, and candidates must be willing to travel to project sites within approximately one hour of the office.
Typical locations include:
- Manchester
- Liverpool
- Leeds
- Lancaster
- Stoke-on-Trent
- Flint
- Other locations within a similar radius
Candidates should be comfortable covering these areas as part of their role.
For projects located beyond the normal travel radius, we may provide:
- Additional travel allowance, or
- Accommodation ("digs") where appropriate
