We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an industrial refurbishment project in Wellingborough.
The Role
- Managing builders' work to the existing building fabric
- Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
- Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
- Maintaining programme and quality standards
- Liaising with the project team and reporting progress
Requirements
- Previous experience managing refurbishment projects, ideally within industrial or commercial environments
- Valid SMSTS or SSSTS
- CSCS Card
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Available to start immediately
