Site Manager – Industrial Refurbishment
Location: Wokingham
Start Date: 13/07
Duration: 16 Weeks

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 16-week industrial refurbishment project in Wokingham, starting on 13th July.

This is a full industrial refurbishment project involving:

  • Roof works
  • Full strip-out
  • M&E installation and upgrades
  • Internal decorations
  • General refurbishment works

The successful candidate will have a proven background delivering industrial refurbishment projects and be confident managing multiple subcontractors, maintaining programme, quality, and health & safety throughout the project.

Essential Requirements:

  • Previous experience managing industrial refurbishment projects
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card
  • First Aid at Work
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
