Groundworks freelance site manager required, with general groundworks experience for a freelance role in Bradford. Working on behalf of a civils and groundworks contractor, this opportunity is due to last 8 weeks and will involve general groundworks on a new build industrial unit.
The Role
- Number 1 Site Manager
- Manage and enforce health and safety
- Keeping detailed records for health and safety
- Subcontractor management
The Person
- SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
- Strong admin/paperwork skills
- Groundworks experience including paving, piling and drainage
- Good organisational and planning
- Client facing
