TXM Recruit are working with a multidisciplinary construction and engineering business delivering projects across commercial, fit-out, refurbishment, electrical, AV, data and building services environments. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to oversee projects across the UK.
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Nationwide – regular UK travel and overnight stays required

As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the successful delivery of construction projects from mobilisation through to completion, managing site teams, subcontractors, programme, health and safety, quality and day-to-day project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of construction projects across the UK.
- Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, labour and materials to maintain project programmes.
- Plan and monitor works, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to specification.
- Lead site health and safety, including inspections, audits and addressing any issues.
- Monitor resources, material usage and costs to minimise waste and avoid overruns.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, architects and engineers.
- Identify and resolve site issues to keep projects progressing.
- Provide regular project updates and report on progress, risks and key issues.
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with company and client requirements.
- Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials and site operations.
- Black CSCS Card.
- Good knowledge of health & safety and building regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Able to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
- Comfortable travelling nationwide and staying away from home when required.
- Competent with MS Office and project management software.
- Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience.
