A leading Tier 1 property services contractor is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their Planned Maintenance division in Dartford. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) project, delivering energy efficiency upgrades across scattered properties under a long-term contract with L&Q.

The Role

As Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day delivery of planned maintenance works across multiple occupied residential properties. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage site operations across scattered social housing properties
• Oversee subcontractors and direct labour
• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company standards
• Coordinate works in occupied homes, ensuring minimal disruption to residents
• Monitor programme schedules and drive progress on site
• Conduct site inspections and quality assurance checks
• Liaise with clients, residents, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate site records and reporting

About You

• Proven experience as a Site Manager within planned maintenance or social housing
• Experience working on SHDF or retrofit/energy efficiency projects (desirable)
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams across dispersed locations
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications required
