Site Manager – Planned Maintenance 

  • Project: LB Kensington & Chelsea, £3 million external refurbishment 
  • Location: Ladbroke Grove, W10
  • Salary: Up to £65k + car allowance + fully expensed fuel card
  • Must have your own car

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our client who are well respected in the industry, delivering a £3m external refurbishment programme across 17 low-rise residential blocks (3–7 storeys) within the LB of Kensington & Chelsea, based around Ladbroke Grove (W10).

This is a challenging scheme that will suit a Site Manager with strong experience in validation surveys, scoping works, and delivering external refurbishment projects within occupied social housing environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day site operations across multiple occupied residential blocks.
  • Carrying out validation surveys and supporting accurate scoping of works.
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safe, efficient delivery of works.
  • Monitoring programme, quality, and health & safety compliance.
  • Liaising with residents, client representatives, and internal teams.
  • Proactively identifying and resolving site issues to maintain programme performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing planned maintenance or external refurbishment.
  • Strong background in validation surveys and scoping works.
  • Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential).
