Site Manager - Kitchen and Bathroom Replacements 

  • Location: East London, scattered properties
  • Client: L&Q contract 
  • Day rate: Up to £280 CIS

A well-respected planned maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on their L&Q contract, overseeing kitchen and bathroom replacements across scattered properties.

The Role

  • Manage kitchen & bathroom replacement works.
  • Oversee subcontractors and site teams.
  • Ensure health & safety, quality and programme targets are met.
  • Liaise with residents, L&Q and the project team.
  • Manage multiple properties across East London.

Requirements

  • Previous Site Management experience in planned maintenance/social housing.
  • Experience with kitchen & bathroom replacements.
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
