Freelance Site Manager 

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Site Manager to join a £10 million project.

We need someone who is hands-on, organised and able to manage their own time, with a strong joinery background and excellent attention to detail.

Key Requirements

• Proven Site Management experience on large projects.
• Strong joinery/carpentry background.
• Hands-on approach with good practical knowledge.
• Experienced in snagging, finishing and handovers.
• Able to manage subcontractors and keep works progressing.
• Self-motivated and confident working independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Valid CSCS card.
• SMSTS qualified.
• First Aid qualified.
