About the Role

Whites Construction Management is looking for an experienced and proactive Site Manager to join our growing team, delivering high-end residential construction projects across Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for quality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing construction sites safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of site operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
  • Lead, manage, and support site teams to deliver projects on time and to the highest standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to maintain efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, resources, budgets, and programme deadlines.
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safe working practices are maintained.
  • Resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively to minimise delays.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries, progress reports, and incident documentation.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years' experience as a Site Manager.
  • Experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
  • Valid SMSTS certification.
  • Valid CSCS card.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proactive approach with excellent problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Contract Details

  • Self-employed contract position.
  • Projects based throughout Kent.
  • Immediate start available for the right candidate.
