About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a 27-week hotel extension and refurbishment project.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and hands-on Site Manager, with a strong background in managing complex construction projects from enabling works through to final fit-out.

The successful candidate will oversee a live hotel extension / refurbishment project involving:

  • Enabling works
  • Groundworks and infrastructure
  • New build extension
  • Structural alterations
  • Internal fit-out
  • Refurbishment of existing hotel bedrooms and associated areas

Experience working within live environments and coordinating works to minimise disruption is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Day-to-day management of site operations
  • Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
  • Maintaining health & safety compliance across the project
  • Liaising with the client, design team, and project stakeholders
  • Managing site logistics and sequencing of works
  • Quality control and snag management
  • Site reporting, record keeping, and progress updates
  • Ensuring programme milestones are achieved

What You Need to Succeed

  • Some experience in managing groundworks contractors
  • New build / structural alterations experience
  • Hotel refurbishment experience
  • SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
