• Annual Salary: £33,000 + overtime available

We are seeking a dedicated Site Operative to join our team in Keighley. This role is essential for maintaining the flow and management of materials within a busy manufacturing environment, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to safety standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Provide support for general warehouse and production-related activities as needed.
• Operate Pivot Steer and Counterbalance forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Handle the receipt of deliveries and accurate location of stock within the warehouse.
• Supply materials and stock to production areas as required.
• Maintain accurate records of all stock movements on the company system.
• Ensure stock accuracy by matching physical stock with system records.
• Support both goods inwards and outbound deliveries.
• Uphold warehouse organisation, housekeeping, and safety standards.
• Adhere to company quality procedures, including waste management and recycling processes.
• Assist with stock checks and stock takes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or production environment.
• Valid Pivot Steer and Counterbalance FLT licences.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing business demands.
• Reliable team player with a strong work ethic.
• Good understanding of health and safety procedures within a warehouse setting.
