Site Project Manager

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced Site Project Manager to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position managing roofing and cladding projects across various locations throughout the UK.
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the delivery of projects from site mobilisation through to completion, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of roofing and cladding projects.
- Manage all day-to-day site operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project programmes to ensure key milestones are achieved.
- Maintain excellent communication with clients, consultants, and the wider project team.
- Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety legislation and company procedures.
- Carry out quality inspections and ensure works are delivered to specification.
- Manage site logistics, procurement, deliveries, and material control.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular progress updates.
- Identify and resolve site issues to minimise programme delays.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including site reports, quality records, and Health & Safety documentation.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing roofing, cladding, façade, or external envelope projects.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and programme.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to identify project risks and opportunities.
- SMSTS qualification (essential).
- CSCS Card (essential).
- First Aid at Work (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
