Site Quality Lead

Express Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading healthcare manufacturer, as they search for a Quality Manager to join their leadership team on their manufacturing site in the heart of Derbyshire.

They’re offering a fantastic package including a generous starting salary of up to c£33,000 D.O.E., alongside other excellent benefits such as flexitime, and significant career growth prospects, due to the expanding nature of the company and site.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in the Healthcare, Medical device or pharmaceutical manufacturing sector essential
• Significant experience within quality management
• ISO 13485 and ISO 9001 auditing experience essential
• Previous project management experience preferred
• Team managerial experience
• Meticulous with a keen eye for detail
• HACCP qualification preferred

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure site-wide compliance to relevant quality and regulatory standards is adhered to
• Host regular external audits and inspections to ensure quality compliance for retail clients and regulators
• Be an advocate and key driver for continuous improvement and positive change
• Provide general management support to the wider site as a senior leadership figure on-site
• Ensure all paperwork is up to date and compliant with industry regulations
