Site Supervisor

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Non-Working Site Supervisor to oversee the construction of a new padel court facility. This is a site-based supervisory role where your primary responsibility will be managing the site and ensuring the highest standards of health and safety are maintained throughout the project.

This is a non-working supervisory position. You will not be expected to carry out construction work but will be responsible for supervising contractors, coordinating site activities, and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day activities on site.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
• Conduct daily site inspections and toolbox talks.
• Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with RAMS.
• Coordinate subcontractors and site logistics.
• Maintain site records, inspections, and safety documentation.
• Liaise with the client, project manager, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.

Essential Requirements

• Previous experience as a Site Supervisor or Non-Working Supervisor on construction projects.
• SMSTS or SSSTS qualification (essential).
• Valid CSCS card.
• Good understanding of UK construction health and safety regulations.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Start Date

The successful candidate must be available to start on Tuesday 11th.
