Site Supervisor – Coventry (3–4 Week Contract)

We are currently recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor for a 3–4 week contract in Coventry, overseeing a team of drylining fixers on a busy commercial project.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and coordinating a gang of drylining fixers

  • Ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to programme

  • Conducting daily briefings and maintaining site standards

  • Liaising with site management and reporting progress

  • Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

Requirements:

  • SSSTS or SMSTS (essential)

  • NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision (or above) (essential)

  • Previous experience supervising drylining/fixing teams

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to start immediately

Contract:

  • Coventry

  • 3–4 weeks duration
