We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team and cover projects across the Central Belt of Scotland.

We work closely with housing associations, property managers and landlords, delivering a wide range of maintenance, repair and refurbishment works. Projects can range from day-to-day property maintenance and reactive repairs through to larger-scale internal and external improvements.

The Role

As Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing works on site and making sure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

You could be supervising a variety of works including:

  • Kitchen and bathroom refurbishments
  • Internal renovation and improvement works
  • Roofing and external repairs
  • Window installations
  • Roughcasting and external improvements
  • Strip-outs and waste removal
  • General property maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinating trades and labour on site
  • Ensuring sites are kept safe, clean and organised
  • Liaising with clients, tenants, subcontractors and the wider project team
  • Monitoring progress and reporting back to management

This is a varied role, so we're looking for someone who is hands-on, organised and comfortable working across different sites and types of work.

About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role within construction, refurbishment, maintenance or social housing.

You should be:

  • Confident managing trades and subcontractors
  • Comfortable working in occupied residential properties
  • Able to deal professionally with tenants, clients and housing associations
  • Strong on health & safety and site standards
  • Organised and able to manage multiple jobs/projects
  • A good communicator with a practical, can-do attitude
  • Flexible to travel across the Central Belt

A background in social housing, planned maintenance, reactive maintenance or refurbishment would be highly beneficial.
