Experienced Supervisor – Highways Project (Bristol)

We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor for a long-term highways project based in Bristol, working on the A4 Portway.

This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and proactive individual to oversee groundworks operations on a busy infrastructure project. You will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising groundworkers on site
• Ensuring health & safety compliance at all times
• Coordinating daily site activities and reporting progress
• Liaising with site management and other teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Supervisor on highways or civils projects
• Valid CSCS Card
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification
• Streetworks or EUSR qualification
• CAT & Genny Training
• Full Orange PPE
• Strong leadership and communication skills
