Site Supervisor

We’re recruiting for a Site Supervisor to join a privately owned specialist contractor with a 50-year track record in civils, marine, and structures work across the South East.

You'll oversee up to 3 gangs on projects ranging from £100k to £3m, working closely with the Project Manager to keep programme and quality on track. Projects span bridge refurbishment, marine construction, and infrastructure work for clients including local authorities, ports and harbours as well as National Highways.

Site Supervisor Duties:

• Day-to-day supervision of gangs and specialist subcontractors
• Direct line to the Project Manager on programme, quality, and resourcing
• Coordinating labour, plant, and materials to keep works moving
• Enforcing site safety standards and quality control
• Liaising with clients and subcontractors on site

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience on civils or marine projects
• Comfortable running multiple gangs at once
• SMSTS, CSCS (Supervisor level), First Aid at Work
• Strong grip on programme and quality control
• Full UK driving licence
