Site Supervisor

Site Supervisor – Highways

We're working with a well-established Tier 1 contractor delivering major highways infrastructure work across the region. They're looking to bring a Site Supervisor into their team, based out of a well-connected regional office.

This is a site-based role covering live highways schemes of varying scale and duration — from short, fast-turnaround projects through to longer-term works. You'll be responsible for day-to-day supervision on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the right standard.

What we're looking for:

• Proven highways/civils supervisory experience
• SMSTS and valid CSCS card
• A National Highways passport would be an advantage but isn't essential
• Willingness to travel occasionally outside the core region, though this is rare
