I'm currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Site Supervisor to join a major energy infrastructure project in Doncaster.

This is an excellent opportunity to work for a well-established civil engineering contractor delivering works on behalf of a Tier 1 contractor. With a strong pipeline of projects secured beyond this scheme, there is genuine potential for further contract opportunities once this project is complete.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day civils activities on site.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification.

  • Monitor quality, productivity and programme.

  • Promote and maintain high health & safety standards.

  • Liaise with the wider site management team to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Civils Site Supervisor.

  • Strong background in groundworks, drainage and ducting.

  • Experience on infrastructure, utilities, energy or civil engineering projects.

  • SMSTS or SSSTS.

  • Valid CSCS Card.

  • Ability to start ASAP.

  • Ideally based within commuting distance of Doncaster.
