About the role

We are recruiting an experienced Site Supervisor for a project at City Road, London. The scheme is approaching completion and involves carpentry, dry lining and associated finishing works.

This is a non-working role focused on supervising site activities, maintaining quality standards and ensuring all required paperwork is completed accurately.

The Site Supervisor will help drive the project through its final stages, coordinating trades, monitoring workmanship and ensuring the site remains safe, organised and compliant.

What you’ll do

As Site Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise carpentry, dry lining and associated finishing works. 
• Coordinate site operatives and subcontractors. 
• Monitor workmanship and ensure works meet the required quality standards. 
• Complete QA records, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and general site paperwork. 
• Use the Site Audit Pro app to record and manage site documentation. 
• Issue and sign off permits as required. 
• Carry out regular site inspections and identify outstanding works. 
• Support snagging and project completion activities. 
• Maintain safe working practices across the site. 
• Communicate progress, quality issues and site requirements clearly. 

What we’re looking for

The successful Site Supervisor must have:

• A valid SSSTS qualification. 
• Valid PASMA training. 
• Previous experience supervising carpentry and dry lining works. 
• Experience in a non-working supervisory or foreman position. 
• Good knowledge of site health and safety procedures. 
• Experience completing QA documentation and ITPs. 
• Confidence using mobile apps and digital systems for site paperwork. 
• The ability to coordinate trades and maintain standards during the completion phase. 
• Strong communication and organisational skills. 

Preferred qualifications

• Previous experience using Site Audit Pro or a similar QA platform. 
• Experience managing snagging and finishing works through to handover. 
• A valid CSCS card.

This Site Supervisor position is based full-time on site at City Road, London, EC1V. Working hours are 8:00am–4:00pm, with a daily rate of £250–£260.
