A growing aerospace manufacturer is expanding its fabrication and assembly team and is looking for an experienced Fine Limit Sheet Metal Worker to join its skilled workforce.

This is a hands-on precision role working on complex aerospace components and assemblies, where accuracy, craftsmanship and attention to detail are critical.

The Role

• Manufacture and assemble fine limit sheet metal components
• Work from detailed engineering drawings and technical instructions
• Form, bend, shape, drill, rivet and fit aerospace materials
• Carry out detailed bench fitting and assembly
• Work to tight dimensional and cosmetic standards
• Ensure components meet stringent quality and traceability requirements
• Support continuous improvement and production efficiency

What You’ll Bring

• Proven fine limit sheet metal experience within aerospace or precision engineering
• Strong ability to interpret complex engineering drawings
• Experience working with aluminium, stainless steel and titanium
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Experience working to tight tolerances and demanding cosmetic standards
• Ability to work independently on complex components
