Skilled groundworkers

Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking skilled groundworkers for an ongoing project in Brize-Norton, located in Oxfordshire. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working as a groundworker, particularly in drainage installation. This role involves interpreting technical plans, preparing sites, and installing drainage systems efficiently while adhering to safety standards.

• Experience as a groundworker with a focus on drainage installation
• Valid CSCS card
• Full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required
• Weekend work required with overtime pay
• 11 Hour Shifts 
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and instructions
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
