Operative x 2 – Clean Water Sites (Cumbria)

Hourly Rate: £14.94ph Overtime: Weekdays x1.3 | Saturday x1.5 | Sunday x2 

Location: Cumbria (Clean Water Sites) 

Employment: Full‑time, long‑term (minimum 5 years continuous work)

The Role

We are looking for motivated Operatives to join our team working across clean water sites throughout Cumbria. You will be involved in essential repair and maintenance works on water tanks, including:

  • Concrete repair

  • Waterproofing

  • Reinstatement works

This is hands‑on, practical work that directly supports the region’s clean water infrastructure.

Training & Progression

Full training is provided, with clear pay increases as you gain experience and develop your skillset. You will have a structured pathway to progress into a Senior Operative role, offering excellent long‑term career opportunities.

Requirements

  • Valid CSCS card

  • Ability to commit to 5 years of continuous work

  • Willingness to undertake further training and qualifications

  • Driving Licence

All successful candidates will be put through:

  • EUSR Water Card

  • Confined Spaces Certification
