Fawkes & Reece are currently looking for an experienced Skilled Labourer to join a busy new-build housing site in Scarborough.
The role will involve carrying out pre-plastering preparation and general skilled labouring duties to ensure properties are ready for plastering.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out pre-plastering preparation work
- Preparing walls and surfaces ready for plastering
- General skilled labouring duties on a new-build housing site
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Working efficiently to meet site deadlines
Requirements
- Previous experience in pre-plastering or skilled labouring
- Experience working on new-build housing developments preferred
- Valid CSCS card
- Good understanding of site health and safety
- Reliable, hardworking and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
