Skilled Labourer/ Handy Person

Key Responsibilities:

• General maintenance around site(tenanted properties), supporting all trades across various internal responsive repair works.
• Basic joinery including, repairs or replacements of doors, windows, kitchens and bathrooms.
• Basic Plumbing including repairing or replacing taps, basins, baths, shower trays/heads, sanitary ware.
• Basic patch plastering.
• Basic painting and decorating

Requirements:

• This role will require a full UK Driving Licence.
• This role will require a full DBS check to be taken.
• Experience in all of the trades above.
