Location: East Anglia, Cambridgeshire & London
Salary: £15.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40–46 paid hours per week, Monday–Friday

The Role

An award-winning landscape construction company is looking for Skilled Landscape Operatives / Hard Landscapers to join its growing team.

You will work on a variety of high-quality private and commercial projects, including award-winning RHS Chelsea Flower Show projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Hard landscaping, paving, brickwork, footings and retaining walls

• Setting out and working from technical drawings

• Operating machinery and plant, including excavators

• Delivering high-quality work to specification and deadlines

• Working independently and as part of a team

• Following Health & Safety procedures and company standards

About You

• 2–3+ years' landscaping experience

• Strong hard landscaping skills

• Able to read drawings and set levels

• Machinery/plant experience desirable

• Good Health & Safety awareness

• CSCS card desirable

• Full UK driving licence essential

• Towing licence advantageous

• Reliable, hardworking and quality-focused
