Skilled operative

Red Sky Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a leading civil engineering contractor for 2 Skilled Operatives to work on a project in Belsize Park (NW6).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy site on an initial 6-week contract, with starts available on 11th August or 17th August.

The Role

As a Skilled Operative, your duties will include:

· Excavating around sheet piles and support frames

· Carrying out excavation works around live services

· Using CAT & Genny to identify underground services

· Assisting with general civil engineering and groundwork activities

· Working safely and following all site health and safety procedures

About You

To be considered, you must have:

· Valid CSCS Card

· Thames Water Passport

· Service Avoidance (CAT & Genny)

· Previous experience excavating around sheet piles and support frames on civil engineering or infrastructure projects

· A strong understanding of safe digging practices around underground services

What's on Offer

· £24–£25 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)

· 07:30–17:30 working hours

· Paid 9 hours per day

· Approximately 6 weeks' work

· Immediate starts available on 11th or 17th August
