Slinger

CPCS Slinger required on a busy site to assist in some lifts of materials on a construction site in the SW area of London.

Main duties:

• Directing Lifting Operations
• Attaching and Detaching Loads
• Selecting and Using Equipment
• Assessing Lifting Conditions
• Collaborating with the Lifting Team
• Safety Monitoring
• Equipment Inspection

Must Haves:

• CPCS Licence card
• Strong communication and observation skills to effectively guide crane operators
• High awareness of health and safety regulations and ability to identify potential risks
• Ability to interpret lift plans and calculate load weights accurately
• Teamwork and coordination
• Attention to detail and the ability to remain focused under pressure

Payment will be direct CIS with no umbrella companies involved.
