We are currently looking for an experienced Slinger / Signaller to join a motorway maintenance team working on a maintenance slip in the Rugby/Coventry area.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Slinging and signalling lifting operations
- Safely attaching and directing loads
- Working alongside the lifting team and other site operatives
- Assisting with general site duties when required
- Maintaining a safe working environment
- Following all site and health & safety procedures
- Safety-critical responsibilities as part of the role
Requirements
- CPCS or NPORS Slinger/Signaller ticket - essential
- Safety-Critical Medical - essential
- Previous experience working on highways/motorway projects preferred
- Good understanding of lifting operations and site safety
- Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
