We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a SMART Repairer to join a reputable dealership located in Maidstone, Kent. This SMART Repairer role presents an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals seeking career development within a respected automotive environment that values quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

  • Competitive basic salary up to £34,000, dependent on experience, with potential total earnings reaching £40,000 OTE.
  • Monday to Friday working week with standard hours (8am-5pm Monday to Thursday, 8am-4.30pm on Fridays).

Duties of the SMART Repairer:
  • Carry out a wide range of cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles.
  • Perform multi-skilled Smart Repair tasks across various vehicle models in compliance with manufacturer specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with skilled Bodyshop Technicians to ensure repair excellence.
  • Strictly adhere to health and safety protocols, including the use of PPE during all repair processes.
  • Follow manufacturer repair procedures and high standards of quality and safety standards.
Requirements of the SMART Repairer:
  • Proven experience as a Smart Repair Technician or Bodyshop Technician with specialisation in cosmetic repairs.
  • Knowledge of accident or cosmetic vehicle repair processes and techniques.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team environment and meet deadlines.
  • Full compliance with health and safety regulations, including PPE usage.
