Our client, a reputable and established automotive retailer, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their busy Bodyshop team. Duties of a SMART Repair Technician:
  • Conduct SMART repairs and cosmetic preparation to high standards
  • Identify and report any additional repair requirements during the repair process
  • Work collaboratively within the Bodyshop team to meet deadlines and optimise workshop efficiency
  • Maintain strong product knowledge, keeping updated with repair techniques and manufacturer standards
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through quality workmanship
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment
  • Complete all repair documentation accurately and efficiently
Requirements of a SMART Repair Technician:
  • Proven experience as a SMART Repair Technician or within a similar automotive Bodyshop environment
  • Prior motor trade experience (essential)
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong time management skills with the capacity to meet deadlines
