We are currently recruiting for a SMART Repairer / Quality Controller on behalf of our client in Woolwich.   • Standard working hours from 8AM to 5.30PM, Monday to Friday
  • 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Opportunity to learn new skills, including polishing, cleaning, and minor repairs
Duties:
  • Polishing and cleaning vehicles in preparation for handover
  • Carrying out small preparation tasks and minor SMART repairs
  • Re-texturing plastic trims and performing post-repair scans following training
  • Assisting team members to ensure high standards of repair quality
  • Developing additional skills in stripping, fitting, paint spraying, or panel beating and welding
  • Ensuring all repairs meet the company’s high-quality standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a SMART Repairer, Bodyshop Prepper, or Polisher
  • High attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
  • Reliable and committed team player
  • Comfortable with polishing, cleaning, and minor repair tasks
  • Willingness to learn new skills through training
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude
