SMSTS Site Manager

We are currently recruiting for an Experienced SMSTS Site Manager for a project in Ilfracombe, Devon.

Job Details:

• Holiday cover
• Assisting with the daily running of a high end residential project
• Keeping project on schedule
• Reporting and liaising with contracts manager and quantity surveyors
• Management of site trades and contractors
• Maintaining a high standard of Health and Safety on site

You will be working on behalf of Wick Hollow for our Client who is a high end residential developer.

.

Start Date: Immediate

Pay: £250 per day - CIS

Weekly pay based on Time sheet

.

You will need to:

• SSSTS
• First Aid
• Proven track record in similar roles
• Relevant experience
• Have PPE
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have proof of right to work in the UK
