We are looking for a qualified Electrician to join a busy compliance and maintenance team covering Portsmouth, Chichester and Southampton.
The Role
- Carry out electrical testing, repairs and maintenance in residential properties
- Complete responsive repairs and planned works
- Work in line with BS7671, health & safety requirements and company procedures
- Complete inspection sheets, minor works and installation certificates
- Identify and requisition materials required for works
- Maintain high standards of customer service and workmanship
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent
- 18th Edition (BS7671)
- City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
- Previous residential/housing experience preferred
- Full UK driving licence held for at least 1 year
